TOP comedian Justice Kubheka is fighting to save his home amid battling financial difficulties.
The 39-year-old funnyman from Pietermaritzburg, KZN Midlands, who is in the final stages of divorce from his wife of 10 years, is allegedly on the brink of losing his home.
He allegedly needs R50 000 to keep a roof over his head.
In a desperate bid to raise funds, the Justice will host a comedy show fundraiser at the PMB Voortrekkers Museum on Saturday, 11 July.
He told Daily Sun fellow comedians took note of his struggle, encouraged him to organise the fundraiser and pledged their support.
“I’m raising R50 000 for a settlement as I go through this divorce process to save my home from being sold. I was married in community of property, so this house means everything to me and my family,” said Justice.
The couple has been going through the divorce process for two years.
Justice insisted they’re not enemies, though he declined to share reasons behind their split.
The comedy show, dubbed, “Divorce is Not My End”, aims to motivate men to stop killing their wives and kids when relationships turn sour.
“These killings among couples when they break up must come to an end. We’ve heard too many stories, especially men who kill because when they’re in love, they invest a lot,” said Justice.

“I was out there with my marriage, embraced it in front of people, but now it’s ended for reasons I won’t share, and I didn’t decide to commit suicide or kill another person. I told myself it’s part of life and life goes on. God will give me another chance. That’s why I’m saying divorce is not my end, I’m still living even after divorce.”
He urged Mzansi to support him by buying tickets.
On stage, Justice will be joined by Amawele aseChesterville, Ndlebe, Simphiwe Shembe, Churchboy, Makathah, Tsoro and Cebo Mthembu.
Attempts by Daily Sun to get Zama’s comment were unsuccessful at the time of publishing.
