THE Masked Singer SA is back for Season3 and that means new masks are coming.
As the show returns for its third season, viewers can finally get a first look at some of the colourful characters hiding Mzansi's biggest celebrities.
The hit singing competition premieres on SABC2 on Saturday, 4 July at 7pm, with 16 A-list stars set to perform while keeping their identities a closely guarded secret.
This season introduces eight eye-catching masks: Leopard, Spotty, Mosquito, Lady Monster, Pineapple, Spinach, Protea and Koeksister.
Leopard promises to make a bold impression, with producers describing the character as confident, cool under pressure and someone who loves making a grand entrance.
Spotty is expected to win hearts with a playful and friendly personality, while Mosquito is said to be impossible to ignore, creating a buzz wherever the character goes.

Lady Monster may sound scary, but viewers can expect a lovable entertainer with a larger-than-life personality who enjoys stealing the spotlight.
Spinach, on the other hand, isn't afraid of controversy and is known for speaking their mind, while Pineapple is expected to charm audiences with a warm personality and a voice that leaves fans swooning.
Representing South Africa's national flower, Protea is described as elegant, resilient and full of pride, while Koeksister promises to keep both the detectives and viewers guessing with a witty personality and clever comebacks.
The celebrity guessing game will once again be hosted by Mpho Popps, with detectives Somizi Mhlongo, J'Something, Sithelo Shozi, and Skhumba trying to uncover the famous faces behind the masks.
Mpho Popps previously told Daily Sun this season has interesting masks.
"People should watch the show because we have real masks, we have South African masks this time like pap and wors, we have spotti sa ko kasi, we have leopard, so people should watch it because it is uniquely South African," he said.
Over the years, viewers have watched famous faces such as Generations: The Legacy actor Abrey Poo, gospel singer, Sbu Noah, UFC champion Dricus du Plessis, and former Miss South Africa Shudufhadzo Musida perform on The Masked Singer stage.
