The arts and culture industry must join hands and start confiding in each other.
The other option is to seek help when things get heavy on your shoulders.
We all have issues and challenges. Bottling them up is never a solution.
I can't dictate where one must go, but there are many pastors, social and counselling services to visit anonymously and cough out all that bothers you without being judged by others.
I am 99% sure you will come out a different person, if not fully transformed.
