Too often, we don't notice when people work on their long-term plans.
We look at them as if they don't know what they are doing.
It's only when they finally succeed that we think they are lucky. Some of us try to imitate them, not knowing exactly where their success stems from.
People take a decade or even more to build their careers.
When they eventually find a break, it will be impossible for anyone who imitates them to claim the same success overnight. That's why it's never wise to imitate anyone when chasing your goals. The best thing to do is to have your own vision, feel the passion and chase your long-term goal through short-term goals. The successful people around you must only serve as inspiration. Even the people who are successful in different fields can be inspirational to you.
Following your own path is the greatest secret to success.
Different people who chase the same goal can't use the same formula and some of them achieve their goals earlier than the rest.
We need to stick to what works for us when chasing goals.
No real goal is easily attainable. It takes many years to achieve real success.
If you think of achieving overnight success, you might be tempted to go illegal route and that's not good. You will also not develop a backbone to persevere and persist through the challenges along the way to success.
Be yourself and do things in your special way.
