PATRONS at Dukuza Lifestyle in Middelburg, Mpumalanga gathered for a special evening.
The event was held to celebrate the life of legendary American actor Chuck Norris, who recently passed away at the age of 84.
While the venue buzzed with energy, dancing and tributes, many attendees took a moment to reflect on how the action star shaped their lives growing up.
DJ Crazy G, whose real name is Gugu Mnguni, shared how far his admiration for Norris went.
"I would bunk classes to go watch him at the bioscope, and my mum would be so angry. I used to love the guy, especially his fashion sense, the jean to jean, I got inspired."
He added that Norris's longevity in the industry left a lasting impression on him.
"For him to work until that age was an achievement and very inspirational. I know he is very far from us, but may his soul rest in peace," he said.

Another patron, Mike Gumede, said the action star's life taught him valuable lessons.
"I've learned that life is possible out of nowhere because you must know your story," he said.
For Sicelo Mnguni, the loss felt deeply personal.
"One thing I've learned from Chuck is that you must live your life to the fullest, don't be scared of anything and make the most of every moment that you have," he said.
He added that Norris's presence was everywhere during their youth, from television screens to action-packed movie scenes.
"We've seen him everywhere, and we will live with the memories he left behind," he said.
The gathering brought together fans who grew up watching Chuck Norris in his prime, proving that his influence stretched far beyond Hollywood.
As music played and stories were shared, one thing was clear: his legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those he inspired.
