FORMER Metro FM personality and actress Thato Immaculate has officially announced the end of her marriage to Gashwan Brandon Mthombeni.
The couple famously met during the third season of Big Brother Mzansi and wed three years ago. They have now decided to part ways following recent developments.
Thato confirmed the separation on Saturday, 11 April, via a formal statement on her X account. She made it clear that the decision was not because of cheating but due to recent incidents that cannot be fixed.

"After three years of marriage, Gashwan Brandon Mthombeni and I are no longer together," the statement read. "Following incidents that happened over the past few days that are irreconcilable by my standards and values, I have made the decision to walk away."
Even though the marriage is over, Thato said she wants things to stay peaceful because of their history and their roles as parents. She noted that they met, fell in love, and tried to build a family to the best of their abilities.
While she is heartbroken, she said she needs to "soldier on" and stay focused on her work. She asked that the situation does not turn into a public fight, noting that Gashwan is still the father of her child.
Thato ended her statement by saying she will not give more comments for now and asked for privacy.
