FANS of Shebeshxt left the Polokwane Magistrates Court fuming on Thursday, 30 April, after the star's third bail application was thrown out.
Some accused the court of "being personal" with the popular Limpopo musician as he was denied freedom yet again.
Katlego Lehlohonolo Chauke (31), famously known as Shebeshxt, had returned to court on 21 April hoping his new lawyer and new facts would set him free.
Attorney Michael Khumalo argued that the birth of his baby girl, financial struggles, and injuries from a 2024 car crash were reasons for his release.

But senior Magistrate Godfrey Netshiozwi said there's nothing new. The court heard that all these reasons were already discussed in previous bail applications.
The magistrate also dismissed claims that the star urgently needs a leg operation.
"Some of the offences were committed after his first operation," said the magistrate.
He said that medical claims don't hold up, revealing that Polokwane Correctional Centre has no record of the accused ever complaining about his health.
"The applicant's medical condition was already fully ventilated during the initial bail application, including the tragic loss of his child in the same accident," he said.
The court also dismissed arguments that the magistrate should recuse himself for signing the J50 warrant of arrest.

"That issue should have been raised during the initial bail application," the magistrate ruled.
Shebeshxt, wearing a Balmain jacket and white T-shirt, kept a straight face as the ruling was handed down. The gallery was packed with his fans and family.

Limpopo Artists Movement chairman Mphoza Mashabela didn't hold back his anger, accusing the court of "being personal".
But the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) welcomed the outcome. Spokeswoman Mashudu Malabi-Dzangi said justice was served.
The star remains behind bars and is expected to be back in court on 15 May. His case has now been moved to the Polokwane Regional Court.
